Customer Service/JR. Project Manager:

Serving the Customer:

• Greet and interact with customers in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Promptly respond to inquiries - manage your email queue
• Interact with the production team.

Communication is Key:

• Be able to give and receive feedback with a positive attitude
• Seek assistance when things are unclear, or help is needed
• Ask questions, seek clarification, accept direction from others

Other things that matter:

• G-Suite, CRM, and quick learner of production software
• Problem solver, project manager, and process-oriented
• Accuracy, timeliness in completing tasks, and notification of time critical to other team members
• Be a team member - do your part and help others

Our Ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, be a problem solver, and have the skill to interact with others and work as part of a team, be on task when distractions occur, and be consistent in attendance. Ideally, this is a full-time, year-round position, and if you’re the right fit with a consistent schedule, part-time may be perfect!

Pay: $16-18 per hour -Typically, working hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
